After the Britons left the islands,
they took with them their wealth,
and whatever was not nailed to the floors,
and returned to their own country,
but left behind a legacy of social
opulence that was a learned behav
ior for the Caribbean national, who
when sought to chart his own social
eXClusiVity, is faced with a culture
that entwines the European model with the African
heredity; a combination that defies the
very thought of an African diaspore.
During the pre-independence era,
and leading up to Jamaica's eventual
granting of independence, the new keepers
of the castles were so entrenched in the
colonialism way of life that they fought
vigorously to remain a sub-British colony,
not willing to sever the ties

of their learned Colonial behaviors, and
explore the mysteries of its African he
redity. It has taken the British 350 years to
instill in the hearts of the Caribbean
people the farce that Africa was an heathen nation,
and that the British culture was the civilized
product of the new and progressive Christian world.

and its social structure.
America, in its quest for peace within Its
breast, seeks to pay penance to the African
continent, th region in which they have played
such a significant role in destabilizing,
burdens itself with a guilt that is not wholly theirs…

We must remember that it was the British who
first sailed into Africa. It was the British that started the uprooting of
the Afican nation, and it is the British that knows the condition of the African Country before its hobbnailed boots first tarnished the landscape. So invariably, only the British will know how to deal eff'ectively with the African people. All others are mere incidentals in the rebirth
of 'I'lle Af ri an Continent.
The British broke it! Let the British fix it!
Does Africa needs the assistance of the British, or anyone else in the restruc.
turing Of their Country?
Yes, they do!
For four hundred years the people
of Africa, the continent of Africa, the
resources of Africa; its gold, diamond,
rich minerals, its animals, its art, its culture, Contributed heavily to the building of the "free world", and while the rest of the world were basking in vital components pilfered from Africa, the nation was left in a Culturally-Confused

state, not discerning between its own heredity and the imposed-Colonial biases.
Even after the abolition of slavery in the Caribbean, the British managed to impose strict control on the people under the guise of colonialism. If we look closely at how the British manipulated the people of India, the Caribbean, Africa, and every nation it ever posses, you
will come to the realization that colonialism is just an extension of slavery, another form of control that the master may justify its many remedy for noncompliance.
Colonialism has worked against the black man in the Third Word as effectively as racism worked against the black man in the United States and Europe. All social orders are created to enhance the white man's ideals, and at the same time, to rid the black man of his human rights and dignity.
Colonialism, the economic, social and political social policies were created to govern the communities, or colonies

of the white man. He makes his rules to
satisfy his purpose. The black man was
not living in colonies when the white
man found him. He was living in a world
that supports his nomadic spirit. It was
the British that formed colonies in Af
rica, and thus starting its effort to di
vide and conquer the African race. It was
from his British heredity that white
America learned of controlling a society,
and a people.
The anger of the white man super
sedes the era of slavery. He was angry
with himself long before the black man
began started troubling his dreams. It
was his hate and quest for domination
that led him to Africa, and his tormented
soul conjured the sin of slavery.
As the British exacts its alien life
style on Africa, the French also came
along to add its touch, leaving the people
of Africa void of their own social order,
and began fighting against each other
to gain some kind of semblance of civility.

The British knows this, but the whiteness
of its culture cannot afford it to 'do
the right thing', so Africa and its
extended families, like the Caribbean,
Brazil and other non-Caucasian countries.
must continue to find its own solution
to a puzzle that the white has crucial pieces.
Most of the Caribbean still believes that
the British model is the rule to its society.
This was one of Marcus Garvey’s biggest
obstacles to his "back to Africa" movement
in Jamaica during the 40's
and 44 t'%. No one wanted to return to a
country classified as an heathen nation,
then the alternative is the Brit British
model that teaches “good Christian
values.” Marcus Garvey was a rabble-rouser,
a convicted thief, while the honorable
liams (Trinidad and Tobago) , and Sir
Grantley Adams (Barbados) were scholars,
educated in European places of higher learning,
and men of sound social standings.
Much like the more eloquent

and influential South African
Prime minister Ian Smith, and on the
other hand, the terrorist and convicted
treasonist, Nelson Mandela.
The white man, as he infiltrates a society,
he imposes his brand of civility

On a trusting people, and after he leaves,
the society is left in confusion. This is
evident in Africa and the Caribbean.
Sad to say that the history of the
African race is recorded and stored in
some vault in England, and unless the
British opens that vault and return to
the African people the records of its
ancestors Africa will continue to be in a

maze, and the degree of dependency will
continue to be directed to Europeans,
and the white man.
